Return/ Refund Policy
We have a very flexible and customer friendly return policy.
You can return the Product within 10 days of its delivery, subject to the following conditons:
- A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- Claims of the nature of ‘Buyer remorse’ (i.e. instances where products are bought by the Buyer by mistake or where the Buyer chooses to change his/her mind with regard to the product purchased by him/her) will not be entertained through this policy.
- Given that all our products are meticulously handcrafted, there might be instances where slight variations occur, such as changes in color or pattern. It’s important to note that in such cases of minor adjustments, we won’t be able to accept returns. Returns will only be accepted for products exhibiting significant damage, such as leakage or breakage.
- Due to the artisanal nature of our handcrafted products, weight variations are normal and expected. Each item is individually crafted, resulting in a 20-30% difference in weight. This variation is a natural characteristic of handmade products, adding to their unique charm and authenticity. We do not consider these differences as defects, and they are not grounds for refunds or exchanges.
- If SAARTHI MARCOMM has suspicion or knowledge that any of its Buyer are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then SAARTHI MARCOMM may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer and may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id of such Buyer and/or disqualify that Buyer from availing protection through this policy.
Note:
- We request you to make an unboxing video while opening the box/packet for timely resolution of any queries.
- No returns will be accepted for items in clearance sale.
- The reverse shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer in all cases.
- ANY RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER WILL SOLELY BE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. REFUNDS AGAINST SUCH ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER SETTING OFF SHIPPING CHARGES (FORWARD AND RETURN).
